I have worked and worked hard to get jr to lvl 10 now the person on polo says she wants magic powder and clear devil spars.
Where might i find these things?

Devil's Spar Pieces can be obtained from killing Starfish on Osyla beach, but it's rare. There is also a quest in Iceberg where the reward is 2 Clear Devil's Spars.

Cool i have killed the things in osyla endlessly and hadnt got any yet guess ill just have to do it endlessly again n again lol. And ill look up the dragon scales. Thanx

Took me a week of non-stop farming the starfish on Osyla to get 30 pieces, combo'ing with my pet (to get the double drop) too... it's a pain, but worth it in the end.

dragon scale u can use
wolf tooth+wolf tooth (using junior,so u wont get lower rank item :D )
when u get dragon squama...make dragon scale from hot kilin :)

for clear devil spar...u can hunt from cow lvl 70-80 (forget wad lvl) to get CLEAR DEVIL SPAR... Red Cow :D
same with devil spar piece...
the drop rate is low too :(

(secret-->) Fight panda's in china [wind one if your fire] i got 5 clear devil spars in about 8 hours =o \(^^)/ so awesome

See, I spent a day fighting the wind pandas in China and I didn't get a single drop. -.-

Cool i will have to check into the cows aswell. My guild leader is helping me out in this he is going afk in osyla. i have been in south pole on wolves since i heard that. Been lucky enoug hto get 3 squama so far. mt net stinks so i cant run afk. That really blows tryin to do stuff like this.

I've had good enough luck compounding a jade loricae with just level 10 junior alchemy. I've heard good things about super alchemy however I'm not going out of my way to learn it since I basically have all the armor I want. Can't hurt to learn it, level it, and make stuff to sell for extra cash though :D

Which starfish tho? wind, earth, or fire, or water?

I *believe* I got them from the fire and wind ones... but I can't honestly tell ya because each time I got them I was afk... and they were there when I looked.

I've heard that you can get clear devil spar from the abysmal devils in the training area, however I'd do the red cow method if it's been confirmed before. I might learn superior afterall since I plan on making blue monster clothes for the quest that have monsters that do magic attacks since it is mdf + atk which is far more practical then using a thorn suit purely for atk (and looks) reasons. However since I already have goddess skill and steam boat design I still don't think the worst magic attack monsters are behind me.

When going for devil spar pieces mammoths are probably your best bet.

Also is there any guide somewhere to all the star quest?

You don't need superior for Blue Monster. It's less likely with lvl 10 jr, but still relatively simple.

Ahh, it doesnt mater which monster you kill for spar pieces.. its just luck. a person says pandas are the best becoz he/she got lots of spar pieces from pandas by his/her LUCK and you think pandas are the best. No. It's luck.

u were very lucky there ^^xD to get that fast but i have to say when i read most people's post and check the polls in official site , majority does agree that panda are the fastest drops ^=^,

but i got my spars from the red cows xDin india since at that time i didn't know what element panda drops the spars, so i just stayed in india , i got my first 2 spar easy, but then no drops for few days xD i got bored then i went to snow island to hunt pieces xDbut after about 3-4 days(i forgot) i got bored again in snowisland! xD lol then i came back to india and on second day i think i got the last drop

I've never actually tried before to make one however swift bracers shouldn't be too difficult =) and since I already have gs I'm not in any rush to make one just yet. Getting all pet return scrolls available through quest is my first priority to get magellans agi 10+ so he doesn't horribly drag down my team. He'd still be low agi but not a crazy low like the 3 he started (and stays unless you use scroll) with.
