i prefer JPEG or JPG

those are small and are easy to load on a website

the bitmap and png format files are a lot bigger and when u post a few on the forum, that topic ill make it a lot slower as the site needs to load a bigger image

plz upload ur pic, images and photo's as a jpg or jpeg format file
as they are smaller ans faster to load on the site

-the biggers format files i know are psd
i use them to make the headbanner and the tittle bars
thats why i save those images as jpegas the will make the file from 1.2 MB to 340 KB for a example

yes ur rite stopper , i always try to keep the image size small(hence convert to JPEG) its very important to make forum faster to load
