Fire Killer with Kurogane Juzo as character for 180 and 198(the cape gives the same stats as 199) i would say 42 wis is enough for killer the spare 13 wis i would add to str
Water Priest with Breillat-never had a water priest but tho imo i would say 170wis is way to much o.o i would say like 100max
for the wind char i dont have any comments looks good to me
same goes for the earth since you want to rb at 180/198 for the cape no other way then go for that build unless you will hunt all ingame forgotten scrolls xD so you can have more int and str then and scroll it later
