Is there any difference if rebirth the wind at lvl 100 or lvl 199 to knight?
the cape rebirth at 100 is +10
the cape rebirth at 199 is +80
So, if the speed is 1000.
Then, wearing the first cape will be (1000x2)+10=2010?
Thus, wearing the second cape will be (1000x2)+80=2080? :)
