A2. That's the method I use and most efficient for me but some compounders uses Seed + Muck or anything that'll gain another rank.

Rank 1 + Rank 1 = Rank 2 (exp gain)
Rank 1 + Rank 2 = Rank 2 (exp gain)
Rank 2 + Rank 2 = Rank 2 (no exp)
Rank 2 + Rank 1 = Rank 1 (no exp) (i think)

I think that's how it works of course you can substitute any of those ranks

Sorry couldn't help on the 2 cause I think Q1. is a matter of preference and liking but of course you can a strong pet Fred and Niss that is well fed or scrolled will be epic but Victoria's stats even without being scrolled is pretty stabled (for me) and Angela is a great support but doesn't have RB but if she's a high level and has a very nice stats for a tank/healer it's a great use I believe but it's all your decision even if you choose Fred and didn't fed him or scrolled him (wis eater) still pretty useful As for the 180-199 I never tried it but there's 522% Caps on the game that takes you to level 185 and 22% and doinf RC every week for a year or less will take you to 199 and for training Island I forgot if there's mobs at level 160 it might work 20 levels behind your level I think for training but you'd have to have A LOT OF T.V o.o do instances everyday too I know this is irrelevant from the questions and I know you know this stuffs and lastly good luck XD
