I think you add a bit too much wis. But that's just your opinion. I guess you like to have more SP xD. I think it is worth to remake them for the cape, but your water can stay like that if you'd like. Neon was my first rb and I ended remaking her becouse of that +10 cape, she's 180 now, but I don't play anymore so.
