Hey people,

Only a quick question... So I understand the fact that if you use 6 Strong scrolls on your crescent bow it will then be a +3 bow which means it will never miss any target(excluding pets)

I am wondering is that the case no matter what level your arrow rain is? I only asked one person but their arrow rain was max so it got me wondering for people like me that don't have it max, will my arrow rain never miss too?

I'm guessing I will still hit but it will just cause less damage

Well if ur crescent bow is +3 then it will never miss, no matter what lvl ur arrow rain level is...
I think the level for your arrow rain only determines how much more damage u do. Like for soul dodge, the higher level ur soul dodge is, the more sp you get from it and also from the amount of matk you have.
