i would just prefer normal burst but cuss burst has less time per rounds so its pretty much up to personal preferences.

But it depends on where you burst.
If you want to cuss burst a water, make sure your in an area where there is a monster that is front and back. That way your freeze would count twice to contributing your overall exp. Take stowa island cave(xaolan's death quest)if you were wondering. You can auto run which give you fast exp. be sure to only auto run around near the guards. be sure to bring hp food and uncheck leave when pet dies since they hit pretty hard but it was worth it since i bursted there with my wind. or just bring a strong lvl 1 pet to burst such as a leo/sharks/fishes since they got better starter stats. crabs outside the cave of stowa island works fine as well if you just lazy like me if you dont wanna catch the others.

order for water would be shield, shrink, freeze and shrink again on second monster.

Even though you asked for water i think you should try an earth since you are making a new team on another server. just cuss burst at beetles.

there are probably other places that are good to burst but i dont know much of it. i heard somewhere in bangkok is a good place and somewhere on snow island is also good but i dont know exactly where. I tried searching the web and even ask for help on the chat but no response. I am invisible.
