Pets (I think) gives you EXP and the lower it is better EXP that's why we change them 15/17 levels.

as for that you'd have to ask the person who uses fish XD I tried searching it for you but all that came up is FISH URN xD hope you find luck finding fish (prolly Jelly Fish)?
