I was just wondering how to calculate the value of a piece of equipment to NPC's(That buys eq). I used to think the rank of the item/eq determines the price of it to the NPC's. However, the this morning when I was selling a Copper Winged Boots(R17) to the Cairo Weapon Shopkeeper(NPC), it was sold for 39g instead of 17(its rank).
Can anyone explain this, please?
