Both FS and DS are known as Goddess Skill-2. So you only need GS.
FS is Mage GS2 while DS is Warrior/Melee GS2 (if that makes sense)
Although there is a quest (can't remember which right now) require you to have FS as a prequest... so always safe and good to always have it. (plus useful when training so you get Glaze Orbs. Lvl requirement is also 50.
