I can't really say its a "wrong" post. the person was mislead because there is 2 ginseng quests, one does take place in revival (sometimes I wonder if they are connected because if you go to the one in korea the ginseng monster goes "pulling on me again? I never get any peace, i'll find a better place to rest this time." not sure If he's referring to the old lady having been pulling on him or because you had met him before in revival) but yes the one you need is in Korea, Part 2 is with the doctor in town where you need to pay 20k for medicine herbs.
