Yes, you can use your assist skills or attack skills.

For assist skill; have the one assisting move first. Meaning their SPD must be the highest in team. Easy example the assister has 121 spd everyone else has under 120 spd. you can have them wear spd clothes to help them and for the others if they are to fast you can use weight, non spd clothes or iron balls or other -spd items

The assister uses w/e assist skill.

Everyone else pokes or uses w/e magic or physical attack they choose.
