just wonder what lvl book should i use and what level titanium

do you know what is a good formula to compound it b/c Black Magic Hat + Silk Qi Pao + Alchemy I has really low rate of success and cost way too much money for me

btw do you know how to get footman helm b/c boot egypt + jade is not working for me
