I finally got the manufacture page working again. I looked at it a while back, but I couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. I spent some more time tonight and got it figured out so you should be able to add them now.

Also, I removed the compound and recycle listings from the item pages. For now, you will have to use the compound and recycle views to see them. Those listings were causing a pretty big performance hit because it listed everything without using page navigations...so like click on an alchemy book would show hundreds and hundreds of compounds. I'm trying to optimize some more stuff so they don't keep shutting down the server because it is swapping too much memory.

Unfortunately, I had to downgrade the server a few months back because I was paying too much out of pocket.
