do team training, have them at spd range to combo, preferrably some rbs with weights or any high level, it makes combos 100% and good average spd to take 1st turn. prepare enough foods and auto-walk train on the said places.
this way, you can train other human pets for your alts too.

also, do instances that give exp pots and do 15r, use them in 2x event in two days you can get them to lv 40-50, more if you train enough
