Some people dont have that much time to be online, with little time they have, they can only do some instances and quest. Like me, I'm working and do 6 hours training on saturdays and sundays, Bursting would be impossible since ill just waste the ER if I tried bursting on weekends only. I bursted my 6 chars when i was still in school and have a lot of time with me. Now I buy burst for extra chars to fill in my 3rd team for 15r because I dont have time to do it myself

There's nothing wrong with buying burst, i enjoy doing events than watch my chars burst all day. When i have extra time I try to get online to talk to my friends and do some instance.

Another thing is not stable connections, in other countries, connection does not stay long and dcing would waste burst time. But in the end we still want to play.
