cant say its completely dead or actually lively , c1 is mostly alive , other than that, c2-c4 are ghost towns(at lest when i was awake and playing, donno how its like when im sleeping) ._.
theres some drama there but its so boring to even watch . I thought fight are suppose to be interesting...
and not very friendly, for some...everyone just want $$ now /__\
