HUH!... What are you talking about? The troll is not even catch able.. what other troll is there on New Zealand? I've never heard of that quest in Holy Village. Only catching quest i know of is for Saars the Reasearcher and you geta pet lethe. The old man for the Brave Stone quest,(which is a rock monster) gives you 2 stars, Cat Eye Ring and 15% cap. The King of Children in the forest near the lake askes you to play hide and seek with them you get some exp and some bowling balls. Play a second time and the little girl who looks like niss/elin askes you to buy the cuffs from her for 1 star.

That's the only way i know of to get the cuffs. If there is another way please explain or this will cause confusion.
