Eh if you read and clearly noticed, this has nothing to do with your banners and it was not Meta who posted this. This is kohaku showing her ideas... i see no reason why you had to lock it when it was never locked for it to be locked or re-locked.

But seeing as how this pushed you to rethink posting yours so no one else steps into the area of business, then i suppose thats a good developemenet... -.- *sigh*
