transparent as in transparent O.o go to edit and you choose how you want the background to be on an image. if you choose new project it even askes you if what size and background you wish to create the image in.

but yea like vamp says, just take a screenie of the item you have. crop it, so its not to big, post it here and we can just edit it for you, if you are confused.
