Do you mean you got that free ticket they give you from the website? If so, sometimes if you order close to Tuesday when the regular maintenance happens you don't get it to the following Tuesday (I.e. the following maintenance). Make sure too that your item bag is not full beforehand and if you still don't get it contact live support or service centre.
