@koro; reason why water make better priests is due to the high def and mdef boost they get. so less chance of the water dying and more hp and mdef it has, so it can survive longer in a fight. the JS also allow you to cast a bind spell on a dead target so they cannot be revived after 5 turns. (usefull for pks and if you are againts a quest that has waters with revive so you can cast on the boss so they cannot revive him back)

and what i meant by priest having reflect was that they have natural higher seal resist. they can also deflect soul dodge. example; you will either miss or take like 10% of a dodge even if you are hotfired and a mage who normally takes 1k sp from a target you have a high chance to miss dodge on a priest or only take about 50 sp for example.

reflect on warrior (when they use their js) is that they deflect a magic attack back at the target and do up to 2k damage to them. if you play games like Finaly fantasy then you know what reflect does.

yes matk affect healing, there is no reaosn not to add points to your int though mdef affect priest its all about how you build a chara.

other reason why it misses is because the skill is random and will miss on targets thought its rare. no one still knows the cause of it. can prolly be due to ones defence.. who knows.
