You use your debuff and buff skills(assistant skills), and definitely use fire goddess skill, and then attack to the monster with all your allies and level 1 pets to get a huge exp. (this is for fires.)
and for other elements: you use debuff and goddess skill(except wind) get the exp. fire elements' damages are the key to get the exp for these elements. non-fire elements are not needed for bursting but unfortunately.
