Indeed, the answer is the Cursed Bow.

Actually the Shadow Bow (lvl 44) is the highest level, speed and attack bow (ATK:+25 SPD+19), but that bow can ONLY be carried by Kanako. It is her own bow after all, kinda strange because it has same look as a Long Bow (lvl 12).
