FS fire is based in matk but with small scale like 400 matk damage 600, with 2k matk just become 1k damage not 2k damage and with 2,6k matk just giving damage 1,3k
i think its because more target damage will get lower
1 target damage x 1,4 and 2 target (line) damage x 0,85
6 target damage x 0,45 and 8 target i still not try calculating it
