Instead of having names as entrance zones, like my previous post, have it constantly changing based on level.

Different rules, battles, more/less bosses, Boss fight (depending the name entrance like Maha challenge) at the end. So that'd be the 110+ instance...
It would constantly change.. Not one instance would be the same.
For example;
Maha; It'd be different battles and rules and everything, random monster spawns but same prizes and same last battle. Interesting, right?

Not much to say about this one.
