My entire team both Physical and Mage have FS too, and I intend to acquire DS for my teams Mages as well. I consider FS to be a useful Skill for anyone, because in a tight situation, even Fire FS for a Physical character could prove to be a lifesaver. I consider Escape Cuffs to be a waste of Stars since you can easily just buy an Escape Button from the Item Mall. The Escape Button is much more effective, and considering the fact that it only costs 9 IM Points at 50% Off for 125 uses, even if the Escape Cuffs were unbreakable, they aren't worth 3 Stars.
