They said things like, "you need to do joan in avignon", " you need to kill Dracula, cerberus, medusa, totem and other things", " you need to do the totem quest at inca". One people say, that item sell very quick at the new hawaii island. So I didn't know if that island was really existing, or if it's just a lie.
