It all depends on the seller. If you look around you will find some low shops. Either way i don't buy my items from shops (unless i see somthing mispriced, depending on what it is i'll mail the owner about it or i may buy it.) all in all i make everything i own (unless its a gift like IMs) or go collect what i need.
