Golden hatchet can be done under lvl 5 superior and also with junior

Golden Hatchet: if u can enter save bluestarnese, try your luck with the bracers from it + Great or Long Knight Boots with Junior alchemy

Cat Claw Boots need lvl 15 superior to be successful most of the time (long ago, ive read a topic of someone grinding all her alchemy skill on the official forum so this is why i know that)
