forum.wl.igg.com says somewhere that if you have the fairy skill the monsters level 60+ shall drop this glazes...i think its correct because everytime you use fairy skill you will loose 1 glaze of your element...and after you did the quest and get fairy you only optain 7 glazes...so it would be nonsense if you get it only from event stuff :/
