yes its updated. you used to also need to have BOTH charlotte AND eva before you could get angela now you can just get charlotte and skip over to angela.

key word in all this is "activate or complete charlotte"

but like dark said may aswell go thru and finish charlotte if you're already there. (plus i hate all that walking back and forth when you will eventurally have to do it aniways)
