no, you cannot compound IM weights, the best you can compound is a -99 shadow pestle, and a few boots, body armors and gloves that give -3 to -6 (more on some than others).best results for shadow pestle can be found on the site. try to use a +3 or better formula for best results (easily made w/o books btw)
