This is how I turned my Niss (A total Wis wh***) into a pk type niss.
At level 20 with no lethes used her stats were:
STR 1
CON 3
INT 7
WIS 19
AGI 4

At level 23 with all free lethes used but one, her stats are:
STR 1
CON 7
INT 13
WIS 7
AGI 9

When I get the last free Pet Return Scroll I'll most likely take a WIS out and put into CON just to make WIS second lowest and CON in the top three stats.
