To Reborn a Pet it must be killed and lv100. If you kill before its lv100. You have to level it to 100 then it can rb. Its just like your Character. You have to be lv100 to rb. The revival part is just special to Pets. Sorta like the pre-quest you have to do before you can goto the area where you do the RB battles.
What level you rb the pet at doesnt matter. I have rb'd lv180 Shasha and have rb'd lv100 Shasha. They both got the same amount of Points and thier Weapon is the same stats.
Only reason I can see bursting a Pet to lv180 before rb is to save time Normal training it to higher levels. Since they will be lv81rb when they are reborned.
They gain levels alot quicker bursting compared to Normal train. While you will get immediate gratification if RB @ lv100 when they level up to 50 quick. When they get to the 60-80s level it will slow down unless you use a bunch of Potions and Training Vouchers.
For me the extra 2 weeks training it in Burst to lv180 is well worth it. As it saves me about 1 month of Normal train and Because the overall level gain it gets is limited per day. I can further scroll and optimize its stats. Rather than the 20-40 level gain after a few days after lv100rb.
But on the flipside to that. I dont use Pots or goto Training Island. One day I will. But Im waiting to have enuff 10x pots for 2 days of TI.
