You have to goto the pay.igg.com site and login then convert them to the game you want. If you did survey and never got the points. There is a chance (Although Slim as I think most surveys are really crummy and scams and make it difficult for you to to get the reward) they are IGG points on your account. Just convert to WLo points and they will show up in the IM in-game.
