aniways jobs like priest and wit and w.e is for when you rebirth.

when you're character becomes lvl 100 or higher you can apply to do the rebirth quest in bangkok.

100+ expecially a 150+ team is recommended with a good thought out plan.

melee classes are type who use STR. can become a knight for speed boost. killer for atk boost or warrior for defence boost.

mage classes are type who use MATK. can become a wit for matk boost. seer for spd speed boost or priest for magic defence boost.

curious now.. but what lvl are you and how long have you been playing this game. not to sound rude but you don't seem to really know much about this game at all... but yes this is a good place to come to find a lotta answers...
