It is not legal within WLO's rules... It is a 3rd party program from the same guy who apparently made other 3rd party programs for WLO.

My friend was hacked right after she started using that program, so I highly suggest not using it.

It's getting tiring of seeing people trying to justify the use of the wl bot & free e-remote programs etc (not saying you do) but everyone seems to hold this attitude, and it's far from right in the sense of WLO's rules.
