take off all the eguiptment you have on angela and dismiss her. go back to osyla. to the lake where you got her.

talk to her so she rejoins you party. she will have her armlet.

if you want more just incase she breaks this new one then take it off her, dismiss her, go in tent put the armlet in your storeroom, go outside talk to angela and repeat till you have enoiugh armlets to help support her.

dismissing will not decrease amity.

if you have another pet that comes with an item then do this. take theit gear off before dismissing them

if they get their items from a quest there is no need to dismiss the pet. like elin gets her guns, arez with his armlet, niss with her want, louis with his gun upgrade etc blahbalhablh ..... then just go to the place or npc. take the item off pet go in tent. store away. go back out talk to npc or activate item. take off. store. repeat.
