there are a lotta guides for fred around. like i said before use the search funtion or google it.

either way if you plan to get fred i suggest a lvl 70+ team with a good strategy. possible to do at lvl 50+ but if you have a good 50+ pets or so to help balance things a bit. expecially 40-50+ roca hotfire her and she can pretty much 1 hit on the fred fight parts of the quest.
