vips have the abbility (if i can use that word) to switch servers. at the price of 800 IGG Points. lvl 2 and 3 vip can have non vips bound to their account and they get temp vip abilities and can switch also for 800 Points they don't have to move where the vip is moving and free to go anywhere.

so example you can move from virgo to cancer or aries to capricorn or w/e if you have 800 IGG points and have vip permission which cost $400 USD for lvl 1
