Magic Crystal Powder for 3500 each at Hawaii shop compounded with Red Qi Pao from China (Chang'an). The Magic Crystal Powder should be the main component and the Red Qi Pau the second. This method does cost almost 4k for each Magic Powder, so if anyone else has a reliable way to get Magic Powder please post it.
