Senior Alchemy (or superior alchemy), on the same island (Polo Island) where you get Junior.
You need:
- 5 Clear Devil Spars
- 3 Magic Powder
- 2 Bleu Stones
- 5 Stars

EDIT: O, and before I forget, your junior alchemy has to be lvl 10
