I train at tender cirrus, and I tell you what I do...

training at tender cirrus is very good because:

1. Good exp :)
2. gets lot of vine, vine grass and turpentine (people drop lots of them on the floor too!)
3. you can earn lots of money too

ok, here is what I do. recycle vine grass and vine, one at a time. you should get lots of straw mushroom, lots of harl grass, and lots of different leaves from vine.
Compound all the different leaves together randomly, one by one, until you only have 1 leave left. Throw that away.
Now the cool thing, compound all those straw mushroom with all those turpentine, you should get lots of tomato juice.

One good thing about this is, if you fail you get a straw mushrrom again to compound again!!! So if you have lots of turpentines, you will get stacks of tomato juice. I get around 3 stacks in 2 days.

Together with the stacks of harl grass, you can earn lots of money by selling them to people! I sell them at 13G each, and harl grass sell fast.
I usually find a person to buy all the tomato juice when I get around 4 stacks, which earn me around 2k6. And I have alchemy 7 at lvl 30 by compounding tonnes of these tomato juice.

Note: never compound anything in stacks of more than 1
