Okay, We know that gold on wlo is the most important to make the game easier, also there are guides on quests, compounding etc.. but there isn't really a good guide for earning money, So here is my guide for earning on wlo.

There are many ways and means to earn gold, only thing you need to choose which one suits you best. So here are the ways;

(1) Compounder/Alchemist
You can find various guides and recipes on wlodb about compounding, its the most popular way to earn. You just need to get superior alchemy skill to a high lvl and follow the recipes to make equipments. Again in compounding there are two ways,
1> You can make equips and keep them for sale in your shop and wait for someone to buy them or,
2> You can take orders from buyers and compound likewise in order to save money. Compounding is a very good way to earn indeed because after all everyone needs equips for their chars, alts and pets. Not only that but you can prepare equips for yourself too this way. But there are disadvantages too in compounding. We know that alchemy skill is based on item rank and its base material but randomization is also an important factor, So you have a chance to fail too. by failing a compound you not only loose the money spent on its materials but also you loose the profit you were going to get by selling it. But failing doesn't affect much in first method because you can place the failed product for sale too, but failing affects second method badly. Also in compounding, the cheaper item sells first.

(2) Quest seller
Okay, here is another good way to earn, you can sell quest to help people.
quest guides are available on wlodb as well as wl.igg forums, if you are strong enough with 3+ rebirthed chars you can sell all basic pet quests or other fight quests. If you are a pro questor you can even sell Dragon Soul, Job Skill, Fatal Blow and other hard quests which pay a lot in one time. To help with quests you need quest type built chars. You can search for quest type builts for each element and job on wlodb. For selling quests you need to do instances everyday and collect hp/sp foods. And glazes, But this job is for people who are online regularly because when people need help and advertise on world, You need to catch them before other sellers. Quest selling is my favorite because unlike compounding you dont need to level any other skill, you just need to lvl up. So by traning, you are getting levels too as well as you are developing your business. Disadvantages for quest sale are the higher level or the cheaper seller always takes all the business.

(3) Builder
Okay, Building is another great occupation, you don't need high levels nor do you need any gold to start this. This job is like taking from the game and selling it to players, Only thing this requires is a lot of patience. you can check wlodb for manufacture guides to assist u build stuff. For this job u need all basic equipment for building, Also you need extra alts level 30+ to make it easier.
You need one alt for each life skill except Alchemies. What I mean is every alt will collect a specific stuff like ore, wood, etc.. and level its life skill in collecting it. For a start you can try making house decoration stuffs which people buy quickly, And for more profit, You can make greater stuffs like spacecraft, submarine(pig boat) etc... now there is no disadvantage in terms of loss of money because you didn't spend money to gather equips from the game and if people don't buy your stuff, you can use it till someone pays you. The only disadvantage here is you spend a lot of time on manufacturing and cant focus on your lvl, In other words this is just making money not being strong.

now (1) (2) and (3) were the main jobs wlo supports. As you see these jobs aren't fully independent, they are related to one another, for a example builders spend their money on quests and equips, Compounders spend their money on quests and/or furniture and questors spend their money on equips and/or furniture. It's not likely as I said because you can do all the three thing if you want and be completely independent but it will give a lot of stress, So I suggest everyone to take up one of these and allow the gold generated to flow.

Those were the primary jobs I mentioned, now here are the secondary jobs or we can say supportive jobs;

(1) Hawaii mats dealer
You can buy Hawaii mats with VIP card at discount and sell it to compounders to make their compounds easy.

(2) Materials dealer
You can spread your alts all over and collect basic materials and sell them to builders to make your profit and the builder's work easier

(3) Pre-questor
You can help the pro questors in quest sale for some amount of their profit by getting the customer done with pre-quests of a quest or even by jumping in hard quests.

(4) Miner (best for starters)
We know that a good way to earn is set afk a lot of chars in kelan mine for a long time and then sell their ores to the NPC. In this way, people introduce new gold into the game because NPC is a game char. but WARNING too much gold introduced into the game will lead to inflation, which equals high prices in other words, because everyone will have more gold to spend and everyone will need more gold from others likewise.

(5) Syrup maker
This job is very good, I say because it not only gives you money but helps other people and yourself with training. Everyone needs grape/mango syrups for bursting/training. In this job you just need syrup making kit(manual blender, parterre, truf and french window) and need few alts to farm(collect from monsters) seeds from chicken farm. Syrups give you a good hand of money and I would personally recommend this if you're a beginner.

(6) Farmer
We know that certain mats are available only as monster drops so they cant be obtained using life skills. This job focuses on killing monsters for their drops. Level is important for this job, also this is a supportive job for builders and alchemists.

(7) Pets trainer
People need pets for saddles, For a example, Level deadly flower, leopard, shark etc.. well u can catch and train pets to a high level and then sell it for good amount of money. But I personally don't like this job because the profit isn't worth the time spent on training.

(8) Transporter
People need to move to different place for training/collecting stuff or anything else. It isn't possible for everyone to buy transports for just moving a few times. In this job you can make or buy transport vehicles and sell transport services to different places. For this you'll need one of each type vehicle, like water, underwater, air and space, Or you can get them one by one as your business expands. Also you need to make fuel for yourself.
NOTE: Spacecraft and airplane both fly but they aren't considered as same mode of transport so you need both of them, however plane and airship are same type so you can have one of them.

These were the eight secondary jobs, Apart from these there are two more jobs but wont fall in the line of primary of secondary jobs, they can be named as tertiary jobs;

(1) IM seller
Not many people can affort the IM stuff for various reasons, So here is the place where IMers can get real advantage of their money spent. IM stuff is instant money, if you buy an IM weapon/armor, I bet you can sell it at a high rate quickly. Also IM stuff can be traded in exchange of quest help as well as other compoundable equips. Remember IM equipment cant be gained anywhere in game without spending real money so take its total advantage. I agree to the fact that IM makes the game unfair for the poor but it's not totally true because IMers spend their real life money so they do deserve the advantages. Also, We are able to play wlo because of the IMers, if they stop buying points, IGG stops making wlo updates.

(2) Hitman
Okay, Here is the real deal for the pk built chars, you can offer your team to fight for a guild at trojan war in exchange of gold/equips/furniture/IM from the guilds. Your price will be greater if you are a better pker. Also you can increase your reputation by this, Imagine guild leaders bidding for your help at TW event, lol.

(3) Burster
Okay, This job requires burst based chars, I mean chars that got only survivable hp/sp and rest all atk/matk to make high damage. You will need three fire killers with burst built and with ds and/or mages without ds, fire wit with JS. Also you can check the burst guides on how to burst different elements and pets. For this job, your clean reputation is strictly necessary to make people trust you that you wont hack/scam them. Also you'll need a private syrup maker alt or a dealer, because bursting requires insane amount syrups.

(4) Hacking/Scamming (NOT TO BE PROMOTED)
hacking or scamming is the worst thing to be done and I will never promote it, but as it is a way to earn, (and get banned) so it has to be mentioned in this guide.
I wont give any tips for this, lol, instead I'll give tips on how to protect yourself.
1> Set a security question and keep your registration email account safe.
2> Don't trust any players easily, not even your best friend because if a hacker hacks him, he will try to get your account through your friend's account.
3> For any other details on protection, contact wl.igg's 24/7 live support
4> If you see use of any botable softwares, take a pic/video and mail it to wlgm@igg.com directly.

Okay, The guide ends here but as a student of commerce and economics I'll like to give a tip. WARNING: read this at your own risk, not my fault if you fall asleep, http://wlodb.com/files/xnhv.gif lol

The only way gold is generated in the game is through NPC shopkeepers and events/credit mall etc. This gold flows through the game economy from the hands of all the players. So the rates of prices depend on the gold generated in the server economy. For example, Aries has generated more gold than any other server so the rates there are high, or new servers has just started and the gold generated there is low so the prices there are low as well. [Number of people / amount of gold * 100 = % of gold per person must have]
But we know that some are rich and some are poor, so the ratio of rich: poor will never be constant but we can work to make the difference smaller by putting in our 1%. I'll suggest that everyone must choose their type of job and work on it instead of trying to get everything. This will flow the gold in game economy and all players will be treated fairly, not fully fair but still better than the worse.

okay, Thank you. :)
