Ah, you spelled it wrong. It is not disscanetions, but disconnections.
The disconnection is a big problem for every player and it is not possible to stop it. Because it is up to your server. If there are too many players in one spot, then you will get lagging problems, which can lead to the disconnection.

You can make your game better stable by lower quality of your game, to make your game in AFK-mode for example. But it is still not 100% for sure "no disconnection".

That is very annoying, but it can't help. Wonderland Online is an MMORPG* after all. There are no MMORPG without disconnection and lagging problems.

Still, there are some players who have never such of those problems. It means their computer and Internet connection must really be very good.
