And so Hagendis hit is the most powerful skill fire warriors have for single mob attack and we should also use this skill during GS training. Any idea if Hagendis hit can combo with Fire stone hit?

Five Star Hit/Beating don't both hit just one target. Hit attacks one, beating attacks two (in a line)
And yes, Hagendis hit will get you out of some tough spots, and as for combos:
1. As long as the attack only hits one target, it should be able to combo. I've never seen a multi-target attack combo with any other attack.
2. As long as the SPD of two (or more) characters is close, combos will happen more often. That's not to say combos will never happen if SPD doesn't match, but it's rare.
