i am having a problem with Fred Q at Korea
the village elder was supposed to turn into mystic stranger right after u kill Fred's Dragon right but there is a problem in my char i seen cant do Devil Pattie ( Niss Quest )

PS. i have done the quest in welling when niss was danger and i got her the lucy staff
