well you 24 /7 burst till your e remote runs out. since water levels pretty fast, you should get close to lvl 180 on one remote. My husbands water is lvl 156 and there is 14 days and 4 hours left on the remote he has. or you can manual burst to lvl 50 and then use a e remote. And as for the con str and agi, umm... lets see 55 wis 3 int, for to be able to burst, at lvl 180 you could have 250 on str 150 on agi and 85 on con, but if your willing to go all the way with your char to lvl 199 thats an extra 57 points and you get 3 more points for reborning. then after reborning you can add more as you level up.
